are sorry you are experiencing a problem with your purchase.
This package is designed to provide
you with information that pertains to Spring Air warranty coverage. Please
review and complete all information requested on the Service Request Form. If
the form is incomplete, it will be returned to you along with a request for
further information.

manufacturers warranty before
filling out the service request form:
Please Note: Under the guidelines of the Spring Air limited warranty, the purchaser is responsible for all transportation costs.
Please be sure to enclose a photocopy of your sales receipt or your claim CANNOT be processed. Warranty coverage will not apply without proof of purchase as stated in the warranty pamphlet distributed with your bedding.
When you have completed the form, please return to your servicing factory.
Once your Service request form is received, it will be reviewed by our department and processed. You will have a response within 7 business days.
